You pay nothing at any stage — not for the brief, not for the recommendation, not for the negotiation, not when you sign. There is no fee hidden in your contract; the price we negotiate is the price you pay.

The same business day you get one of two things: our recommendation for your build, with the reasons in writing — or a plain email saying we haven't got a builder we'd put our name to for your job yet, and what we're doing about it. No drip campaign, no being passed around, no "someone will be in touch".
We can't promise your build goes perfectly — we're not the builder, and anyone who promises you that is selling something. We can promise the check was real, the recommendation was ours alone, and nobody paid for it.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. Not for the brief, not for the recommendation, not for the negotiation, not when you sign. The builder you go with pays us.
Will I be hounded by salespeople?
No. Your brief comes to us. Nothing goes to any builder until we have made our recommendation and you have said you want to talk to them.
Do you guarantee the build?
No, and be careful of anyone who says they do. We are not the builder. Your contract, your warranty and your statutory protections are with them. What we guarantee is the check we ran, and the date we ran it.
Why only one builder?
Because you asked us to find the right one, not to make you do the comparing. If two are genuinely like-for-like we will tell you, lay out the pros and cons of each, and negotiate between them for you. If there is a clear best fit, we say so.
What if there is nobody verified near me?
We will say so, and we will go looking. You will hear back either way the same business day. We will not put our name to a builder we have not checked and would not use ourselves.
I've already got a quote. Too late?
No. Send us the brief and the quote. We will tell you whether it is fair for your area and your build, and whether there is a builder better suited. Sometimes the answer is "your quote is good, sign it."
Can a builder pay to be recommended?
